Sell your Samsung Galaxy series with us and get 100% of the price quoted or we'll send it back, free of charge!
You can sell your phone to us whether you've got a Galaxy S23 you're not gelling with anymore, an older Galaxy S10, or a practically steam-powered Galaxy S6! We'll not only give you some cash for your smartphone but will either recycle or sell on your mobile, so choosing to trade in your Galaxy S Series phone is an environmentally friendly choice, too.
If it turns out your phone isn't worth as much as we thought, we won't quibble - we'll just send it straight back to you for free, no questions asked. That means the price we quote is usually the price you'll get for trading in your Galaxy S mobile, with zero hidden costs or inflated prices.
Select the model and gigabyte (GB) memory size for the Galaxy mobile you want to trade in. There are usually a few different memory capacities available for Galaxy phones, so double-check your settings by heading to 'About phone' (it may also be called 'About device'). This section will tell you how much memory your device has.
It's important to get this information right, as selling a Galaxy phone with more memory typically means more money in your bank. Plus, if you register too large a memory and it doesn't turn out to have that much, we'll send it back to you.
After selecting the model and size, choose whether it's 'working' (in either 'good' or 'poor' condition) or whether it's 'faulty'. Next, select the network the device is locked to or if it's unlocked. If it's locked to a network, it can be a good idea to get it unlocked, as these phones are worth more! We'll give you more information on how to do that once you've selected the network.
Once you've sorted out how to sell your Galaxy phone through our website, we will send you a free Sales Pack. This has all the things you need to get your phone to us, including a Freepost envelope and posting instructions. Of course, if that's not your bag, you can print a label at home, or use the supplied QR Code, and package up your phone yourself.
It's important to send your mobile to us within 14 days of arranging your quote. It'll take 1 to 3 days to arrive, and you can track it with Mail Track and Trace to make sure it's on its way. Don't worry about sending your accessories (cables, earbuds, etc.) when selling your Samsung. Keep them on hand as spares for your new device instead.
After you trade in your Samsung phone and it arrives at our HQ, we'll check it over and make sure it's the same as the model quoted. If it is, we'll make sure to send the money on the same day we receive the handset*. With bank transfers, that can mean money in your account the same day, in most cases!
At Mazuma, we want selling your Samsung to be as simple and stress-free as possible, which is why we have great trade-in deals with easy-to-follow processes. The quote for your Galaxy S is what you'll get, and your payment will be sent to you as soon as possible.
We'll make sure to wipe the phone when we receive it so you can be doubly sure your personal data is protected.
Our Galaxy S Series trade-in programme then recycles or refurbishes your Galaxy S phone. We'll either remove its parts to reuse or recycle them or sell the phone to a new owner.
This is all part of our commitment to environmental friendliness.

To make sure your Samsung Galaxy S trade-in goes as smoothly as possible, make sure to do the following:
Unpair any devices like smartwatches or wireless earbuds
Back up your data and photos via Samsung Cloud
Sign out of Samsung Cloud on the smartphone
Remove all content and apps from your phone using factory reset - we'll perform a second wipe when your phone reaches our HQ, too
Remove the SIM card and any microSD cards you have in your phone
With many phones in the Galaxy S series boasting super-sleek, all-glass exteriors, scratches, cracks and other bumps and bruises can affect your phone's value. That said, we're happy to trade in broken Samsung Galaxy S phones, which is a great way to get some money back if disaster strikes.
Of course, your damaged phone might not get as much money as a pristine phone, and there are one or two issues that mean we won't buy the phone - view our broken phone guide to learn more. It's important to note you can still get a good trade-in quote for a broken handset, just select your model and memory size above to see what you could get!
If you want to get cash for your old phone, there are a number of factors that determine the value of your phone.
First - its age. The older the phone, the less money you'll get. That's because there's a higher likelihood we'll be able to sell on your phone if it's a newer model and there's a market for it.
Second - its condition. We grade phones as either good, poor, or faulty. A mobile in 'good' condition will be worth more since it will have fewer scratches on its screen or case than a 'poor' quality one. Faulty phones will have features that simply don't work - the battery might drain very quickly, for instance.
To view how much we'll pay you to sell your Samsung Galaxy S Series to us and how model and condition can impact the price, use the phone selector menu above, select a phone, and click through the various 'condition' tabs.
* Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Same-day payment does not apply to orders received after 2pm and in events that are out of our control.
